I had a great experience upon my visit, and I want to say thank the whole team, the nurses, the radiologist, and the doctor.
The nurses were very kind and gentle. They checked on me often and made sure I felt okay, even taking time to talk with me, which meant a lot.
I was really surprised (in a good way!) by the radiologist. I didn’t expect someone in that role to be so caring. She asked how I was doing emotionally, comforted me, and really made me feel safe and cheered me up!
The doctor was also very kind and careful. He explained things well and made sure I was okay, especially during my neck X-ray.

Doctors Express was very professional, and we were very pleased with our experience with Dr. Buys. As a DAN diver physician, he is one of the few urgent care doctors in Caymans who has experience with divers’ issues, and understands Divers Insurance. We got in the same day, with minimal wait time. He was very thorough, listened well, and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.

Doctors Express is by far the best medical clinic in the Cayman Islands. The staff are diligent and efficient, while also being very pleasant and nice. I have been there multiple times over the years, and every visit has been a good experience.
I must also extend my utmost thanks to Dr Serrano. His attention to detail prevented a potentially dangerous health concern from developing. He genuinely cares about his patients and went above and beyond to make sure that I was OK. Truly a fantastic doctor.

I was able to get in and out relatively fast despite having to run a few tests. During my wait in the patient room I was consistently checked on the make sure I was alright by the lovely nurses. And my doctor explained everything that was being done along the way as well as kept me informed with price checks to ensure my bill wouldn’t be too high. All around great service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
